Job Description:

IT Support (Government / Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily backup of various systems, reports generation and distribution
  • Conduct daily operation tasks such as support call handling, network equipment monitoring, batch processing and emergency support as assigned by superior
  • Assista in the installation of the terminal front end software

Helpdesk Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager
  • Provide level 1 ad hoc support and troubleshooting to customers through hotline and email
  • You will maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to all executives and end-users.
  • Researching new technologies
  • Carry out computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures as well as system backup according to the job schedule

Data Centre Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Provision Data Centre services (rack, power, structured cabling, site preparation, etc.)
  • Perform server, device and network component installation, upgrade, replacement and removal
  • Provide customer support for Data Centre related service
  • Record, audit, manage, and maintain an accurate physical hardware inventory
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Promptly escalate any abnormality to supervisor
  • Work on on-call basis required

Job Requirement:

IT Support (Government / Bank)
Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in IT support role
  • Basic network / server skillset & knowledge
  • Co-operative, good sense of responsibility

 

Helpdesk Analyst
Requirement:

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines
  • Min 1 years' experience in providing helpdesk support / back office operations
  • Experience in support email service, AD Administration is a plus
  • Broad technical knowledge on general office desktop applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus;

 

Data Centre Operator
Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in Information Services or related disciplines
  • Basic technical knowledge of network equipment and servers, e.g. Windows server, network router, cable patching, server components, etc
  • Experience in Data Centre environment or IT system support field is an advantage
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Experience candidate will be consider as Senior position
